The official website of the Lebanese American University in Lebanon has been hacked by a group called "Anonymous Lebanon" in response to a letter sent by the administration to the graduates, asking them to inform the administration on whether on of their parents, is a brigadier in the army, a judge, a general manager, a mayor or deputy, to be able to reserve VIP seats for the parents in the graduation ceremony.
The group has announced the piracy operation on "Facebook", noting that the university should learn some principle matters of equality.
But so far the website seems to be restored and operation correctly with no further effects.
